Rapsodo Hitting and Pitching 2.0
Founder, owner and lead throwing performance coach of Ripple Baseball, Ryan has spent much of his life chasing his dreams of being a successful Major League Baseball player. Through his many years of playing Ryan has learned the importance of understanding where you want to be and developing a strategy to get there. In Ryan's career he has experienced the ups and downs that come with baseball. A former 5th round pick by the Atlanta Braves in 2015, he rode the momentum and was pitcher of the year for the Danville Braves and was awarded this honor by the Atlanta Braves at Turner Field. Beginning in 2016 Ryan hit a rough patch which has taught him many lessons about failure and how to rediscover/rebuild himself and his career. After rediscovering his identity on the field, Ryan's hard work has resulted in great successes. While in the Los Angeles Angels organization he learned the importance of technology in baseball and the data that comes with it.
Ryan believes that Ripple Baseball must be committed to innovation through evidence-based coaching and an approach to each athlete as an individual on their own journey. Ryan's favorite quote is, "Doubt has ended more careers than talent ever has". This quote is meaningful to him because while talent is important, confidence and a proper mindset is what helps athletes discover themselves and help them reach their maximum potential.
